Maqasid Forum — Journal of Islamic Law, Jurisprudence, and Public Policy focuses on the advancement of scholarly research and critical inquiry in the field of Islamic law, with particular emphasis on maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, Islamic jurisprudence, and their relevance to contemporary legal systems, governance, and public policy. The journal aims to promote integrative and contextual approaches to Islamic legal studies that bridge classical legal traditions with modern societal challenges.
